These terms are an agreement between you and One or Zero Games ("we", "us") for your use of Casino Quest (the "game"). By installing or playing the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to play simulated gambling games where you live.
2. Simulated gambling only
Casino Quest is entertainment. It offers no real-money gambling and no prizes of any kind. You can never win money or anything of value in the game. Success in the game does not mean success at real-money gambling.
3. Chips
- Chips are virtual items with no cash value. They are not money, a currency or property.
- Chips can't be exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services, can't be transferred or sold to anyone else, and can't be cashed out by us or by anyone.
- You have a limited, personal licence to use chips in the game. We may change how chips work, including game rules, odds and amounts, with future updates.
- Chips are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, using Reset game, or losing or replacing your device removes them, and we can't restore them.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are made only through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the game and on Google Play.
- The full version is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra modes and adds chips. If you reinstall the game while signed in to the same Google account, it restores the unlock (not the chips).
- Chip packs add chips to the game on your device. They are used up when delivered, and they don't restore after a reinstall.
- All purchases are final except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise. Refunds are requested through Google Play. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it added.
- Buying chips doesn't affect game results or leaderboards.

5. Free chips
Daily chips and the out-of-chips reset are offered at our discretion and may change or stop. They need an internet connection.
6. Leaderboards and names
Leaderboard names are public. Don't use a name that is offensive or impersonates someone, or that includes personal information. Don't cheat, modify the game, or post results you didn't earn. We may change names, remove entries, or reset leaderboards at any time.
7. Fair use
Don't reverse-engineer, hack or tamper with the game or our server, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players. We may suspend leaderboard or online features for anyone who does.
8. Ownership
The game, its code and its original art, music and text belong to One or Zero Games or its licensors. Third-party assets are used under their licences, which are credited in the game. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond playing the game.
9. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature, including online features such as leaderboards and daily chips. We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that saved data won't be lost.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or chips. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
12. Governing law
Governing law and venue (for example, "the laws of the State of ________, USA") to be confirmed.
