Contact
Email oneorzerogames@gmail.com. Tell us your device model and your player ID (in the game's Settings, tap the "ID" line to copy it). We usually reply within a few days.
Purchases
I bought something but didn't get it
- The game confirms every purchase with our server before it delivers it. If you see "Purchase saved: it arrives when you're back online", connect to the internet and reopen the game. It retries every time it starts.
- "Payment pending" means Google Play is still waiting for the payment. The item arrives when it clears.
- If Google Play can't confirm a purchase within 3 days, Google refunds it automatically.
- Still missing? Email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.", in your Google Play receipt email).
I reinstalled the game
The full version restores automatically when you reinstall while signed in to the same Google account. Chips are stored on your device, so chips (including chips from packs) don't come back after a reinstall.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Request a refund from Google Play.
iOS: App Store purchase and restore help goes here before the iOS release.
Daily chips
- You get +100 chips the first time you play each day. The day resets at your local midnight.
- Daily chips need an internet connection. If you see "Connect to collect daily chips", connect and return to the main menu.
- If you run out of chips, your stack is reset to 1,000 at midnight, then you get that day's +100.
- Traveling? The game follows your device's time zone, but it only switches to a new zone once every 30 days.
Delete my data
- To remove everything on your device, uninstall the game.
- To delete your player account and leaderboard entries from our server, email oneorzerogames@gmail.com with the subject "Casino Quest: delete my data". Include your player ID: in the game's Settings, tap the "ID" line under your leaderboard name to copy it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Responsible play
Casino Quest is a game for adults. Chips have no cash value, and nothing in the game can be won or lost for real. Playing a casino game for fun is not practice for real-money gambling, and success here doesn't mean success there.
Take breaks, and stop if the game stops being fun. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, help is free and confidential:
National Problem Gambling Helpline (US): call 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) or 1-800-522-4700, text 800GAM, or chat at 1800myreset.org. Free, confidential, 24/7. Run by the National Council on Problem Gambling.
In a crisis, call 911 or 988.
Outside the US, contact your local problem gambling helpline.
